Featured Class: Community Yoga

Jessica Montagna’s Community Yoga class (All Levels) meets every Monday from 5:30-6:30pm (in-studio). Our Community Yoga classes are intended to meet the needs of those in our community who may not otherwise be able to afford yoga, or for whom yoga has not felt accessible for racial and/or cultural reasons. However, everyone is welcome! Note: Lexi’s Gentle Yoga class (Wednesdays at 7pm) also follows the Community Yoga pricing structure.

How would you describe your class?

“I offer every student the option to rest when they need, and take variations as needed. I teach that no pose or variation is any better than another, and I encourage students to take care of themselves, today and always!”

What is your favorite thing about teaching this class?

“It has been a privilege to teach this class. Community Yoga compliments my teaching as my classes are also rooted in accessibility and trauma-informed teaching.”

What do you hope students will take away from this class?

“My hope is that students leave my class feeling supported, relaxed, and invigorated.”
