Intentions 2020

This year, we’ve just been blown away by the depth, commitment, and beauty of the intentions shared by all of you (our students!) during our January Challenge last month.

It is such a joy to support and practice with each and every one of you! 

May the intentions of our community inspire and carry you into the coming year. 

  • To stop searching for reasons not to do the things that bring me joy 

  • Recognize love in small ways

  • To be loving presence

  • Forgive myself

  • Accept reality and be kind

  • 2020 is about my needs, boundaries, and doing my thing

  • Peaceful mind, strong body, loving heart 

  • Feel the love and show it

  • Create a beautiful family and feel good in touch with my body

  • Peace, balance, calm

  • Keep taking a step

  • I am all of this

  • Letting go of the people who are not good for me

  • To follow my dreams and live this life to the fullest! 

  • Commit to the process without fear - and with kindness 

  • Enjoy the certainty of my life 

  • 1. Make and keep doctor’s appointments 2. Read <3

  • To be more in the moment

  • Be creative <3 and meditate a bit :) 

  • Practice self care without guilt

  • Be a better friend

  • Listen to my gut

  • Nourishment for health and hearth

  • To listen more… and speak less

  • Be more adventurous and practice self care

  • To be brave!

  • Have compassion for all beings including me

  • More Yoga!
