Join us for 6 weeks of:
Yoga-asana practice infused with stories (mythic stories from India, the motherland of yoga, and quotes from modern day writers)
Writing practice with guided prompts
Time to share writing or thoughts (entirely optional), to listen, to integrate

Queer & Trans Yoga (6-Week Series, In-Studio, Drop-Ins Welcome)
This series is designed especially for members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are looking to connect with their bodies and their breath in a supportive, community-oriented environment. This space aims to create a container where queer and trans folks can cultivate joy, a deeper relationship with their bodies, and a sense of connectedness to their yoga practice. Each class will feature time for community and connection and an alignment-focused physical asana practice, ending with gentle restorative movement.

Yoga and Sound (In-Studio)
Immerse yourself in this blissful workshop of movement and sound meditation. This 90-minute workshop combines a revitalizing yoga practice with the deeply relaxing and restorative benefits of sound meditation. You’ll leave feeling grounded yet uplifted–your body rejuvenated and your mind at peace.

Compassionate Communication: Relationship as Spiritual Practice (In-Studio)
Join relationship coach Michael Sheely for this 3-hour workshop exploring how human beings can connect across differences and find love, compassion and acceptance in even the most challenging of relationships. We will discover how to tend to what is most precious to us while remaining respectful of what is precious to others.

Restorative Flow (Benefiting The Care Center, In-Studio)
Unwind and find grounding and peace with this all-levels restorative flow yoga class. Begin with a supported restorative stillness and guided meditation, continue into a gentle flowing sequence using props, and land in a final propped restorative for a deep invitation to release and soften.

Kirtan with Matthew Andrews (In-Studio)
Kirtan is one of the many precious spiritual traditions that India has developed and offered to the world. It's a space for coming together to celebrate the magnificent creative power that gives birth to the material universe. We sing mantras that glorify and honor the divine essence that flows through life, meditating on the sounds that name that essence and call it into form. No experience necessary.

Sound Bath for Sensitive Souls (In-Studio)
In these monthly gatherings, Jorie will work with a combination of crystal bowls, temple bells, and chimes. These instruments work with the principles of resonance, entrainment, and cellular healing in promoting general relaxation, resetting the nervous system, restoring mental clarity, and aiding in cellular restoration. All sessions will be touch-free and mindful of potential reactivity to dissonance, binaurals, and overplaying.

Mindful Menopause (4-Week Series, In-Studio & Online)
This class is designed to support individuals navigating the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes of any stage of menopause (peri-, current, and post-menopause). Combining gentle yoga poses, breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and journaling, we’ll focus on relieving common symptoms such as fatigue, joint discomfort, and stress while promoting hormonal balance and overall well-being.

Restorative Contact (In-Studio)
You will be guided through a mindful touch and movement practice. We will work slowly, with care and respect for our body as well as our partner's, as we learn to listen through the skin. The effects of touch are far-reaching, including emotional, physical, and cognitive wellbeing and improvement. Touch boosts dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin—the hormones associated with making people feel good—and lowers cortisol levels which are associated with stress.

Full Moon Circle (In-Studio)
Each month we will dig deep into a certain aspect of the moon (mythology, lunar cycles, moon magic, history of the moon, etc). The full moon is a time to release what is holding us back, and we will do that through ritual and energy clearing techniques in a circle: clearing what we are ready to release.

Sound Passage: Awaken Your Inner Soundscape (In-Studio)
This workshop offers a unique opportunity to unlock the physical, emotional, and mental benefits of using your voice in gentle and empowering ways. Your voice—one of your most powerful yet often overlooked tools—is a remarkable pathway for expressing built-up emotions and exploring the full range of your creativity.

Art of Props: Support and Strengthen Your Yoga Asana Practice (In-Studio)
This 90-minute immersive workshop will help you better understand how to use props for deeper support and stability. Props will be incorporated to help release tightness, and offer a more accessible practice for yogis of all levels. The workshop will be set up like an all-levels yoga asana class, with opportunities for Fran to provide pointers on how to use props, and will end with a lengthy savasana.

Counting this Body: Embodying the Omer (7-Week Series, In-Studio & Online)
Spanning the 7 weeks between Pesach and Shavuot, the Jewish Omer season invites self-study through a sacred practice of taking inventory. We are invited to count each day, marking the ancient accounting of the grain to be offered in honor of receiving Torah on Shavuot. During these weeks, we might also take inventory of our own strengths, resources, dreams, and inquiries in service of getting clearer about what we value & offer in the manifestation of collective liberation. One pathway for this exploration is through the sephirot, the mystical Kabbalistic anatomy that is overlaid on the Omer.

Somatic Breathwork (In-Studio)
As the mind becomes increasingly more dominant we often connect less and less to the innate wisdom of our bodies. Supported by music, this modality of breathwork guides us to be deeply in touch with our energetic body, helping to clear stuck, stagnant energy, accumulated stress and anxiety–allowing us to release old patterns and arrive fully in the present moment, welcoming new ways of being.

Restorative Yoga & Massage Workshop (In-Studio)

Inner Harmony with Gentle Yoga and Sound (In-Studio)
As winter thaws into spring in an uncertain world, we may find ourselves feeling uneven or anxious within. This offering is designed to promote self-soothing through singing or humming while simultaneously moving through a gentle yoga practice. Instruction includes mudra, gentle yoga, and chanting mantra to tone the vagus nerve and promote the experience of inner calm. This workshop gives participants practices they can carry into their daily life to trust that a sense of balance is always within. Practice will end with a soothing live music savasana that students will be invited to rest and listen to, or participate in creating as needed.

CANCELED: Embodied Possibilities: Choiceful Movement for Trauma (6-Week Series, In-Studio, Masks Required)
As we collectively better understand the diverse impacts of trauma in our bodyminds, the call for dynamic, embodied practices for survivors expands. Within this landscape, Embodied Possibilities is a 6-week series for folks interested in a non-verbal container to explore the possibility of having a body through choiceful movement. Rooted in research in complex trauma, neurophysiology, and attachment, as well as yoga, Embodied Possibilities provides a pathway to transform embodied trauma patterns through practicing personal agency in a container attuned to safety.
