Our Studio
A Sanctuary we share.
Our studio space provides a peaceful sanctuary for healing therapies and bodywork, yoga and restorative classes, educational lectures, and celebratory community events. We have a large studio (~1,500 square feet), where we host most of our public classes, workshops, and events. We also have four private studios and treatment rooms, ranging from 150–350 square feet.
Finding Us
We are located in historic downtown Northampton, MA, on the third floor of Thornes Marketplace (150 Main St). For proximity within the building, our studio is directly above Cedar Chest.
The parking garage is located behind and connected to Thornes via a skywalk, and offers unlimited parking (first hour free!). There are elevators in Thornes, and private restrooms on the third floor.

Land Acknowledgment
The Land we are on…
“When we talk about land, land is part of who we are. It’s a mixture of our blood, our past, our current, and our future. We carry our ancestors in us, and they’re around us. As you all do.”
– Mary Lyons (Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe)
We acknowledge that we are standing on and benefiting from land that has been seized, expropriated, and stolen from Indigenous peoples. Specifically, our studio is situated on the ancestral and present-day homeland of Native people. For thousands of years, this has been Pocumtuck land. This is still the homelands of the Pocumtuck, Norwottock, Woronoco, Agawam, Nipmuck, and Abenaki. These Native peoples and their descendants are still living here among us. When we gather here, we must acknowledge and respect this as fact.
With appreciation and gratitude to the Nolumbeka Project for sharing this information.
