Em Ike

Em Ike (they/them) is a pelvic floor therapist and the owner of Pioneer Valley Pelvic Health. Em treats people of all genders, and is trained in a variety of pelvic floor treatments, including sEMG biofeedback and internal and external manual therapy techniques. They specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Em attended Hampshire College for their undergraduate degree, focusing on gender and sexuality education and developing resources for intersex children. They received their Masters of Science in Community Health Education from Columbia University, and their Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University. Em's approach to treatment focuses on patient-centered, holistic care that addresses both the physical and emotional/psychological impacts of pelvic floor dysfunction, and facilitates a space for you to feel empowered with the knowledge that your body has the capacity for healing and change.
