Erin started practicing yoga in 2008 to manage her anxiety and a chronic shoulder condition. She completed her 200-hour training in Therapeutic Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga with Bo Forbes in 2013. Erin has taught in the Cambridge and Northampton areas, and has assisted workshops at Kripalu. She is continually surprised by the physical and emotional healing power of her practice and is delighted to share this with others. Erin’s down-to-earth classes include mindful sequencing to gradually and gently open the body and soothe the nervous system. Through the use of breath, integrated core work, slow transitions and ball work, she hopes to help others find balance within their practice both in and out of the studio.
