with Kate Hennessey
The timing of this workshop falls during the change in seasons, within two weeks of the end of daylight savings time. Knowing this change is coming can feel unsettling and anxiety-provoking. We will use tapping to address these fears and anxieties so that we feel better prepared to respond to this change once we turn back the clocks.
Participants will be guided through a grounding meditation and provided with a brief background on the history, science, and spiritual aspects of tapping. There will be several rounds of tapping sequences, as well as opportunities for reflection and affirmations to guide our practice. Participants will be provided with a tapping point handout and tapping guide to continue their practice at home.
Kate experienced her own transformation with EFT tapping to heal past memories and traumas, improve relationships within her immediate family, and increase her self-worth. She works with clients in workshops and in one-to-one sessions to reduce overwhelm and anxiety, overcome limiting beliefs of not feeling worthy of enough, set and maintain boundaries, and increase inner peace and self-acceptance. Her clients report feeling lighter in both body and spirit and less burdened by their feelings, their past, or a present challenge. She holds her certification through EFT International.
