In this introductory series, we explore a range of yoga’s foundational postures, breathwork, and relaxation. Each session will include a period of detailed instruction and personal exploration of yogic techniques and conclude with a Kripalu-style yoga flow to integrate the experience.
Through the lens of Kripalu Yoga, a hatha yoga tradition rooted in compassion, we’ll address optimal posture alignment, yoga props, and modifications as an opportunity for individual embodiment.
This series is for anyone who is looking to gain more confidence in studio classes or their home practice, as well as those who are curious about or want to dive into the foundations of Kripalu Yoga.
