with Corinne Andrews
On a global scale, we are experiencing grief of all kinds, and many of us are being called to slow down and look within to access our resiliency and inner wisdom. This series offers an intimate container for emotions and thoughts to be felt, expressed, shared, and moved through. It is an invitation to awaken to your Self and all of life more fully by going into and through grief, while holding it all within the sacred container of yoga.
Rooted in the teachings of the Center for Somatic Grieving, this series is a powerful journey into the essential components of CSG's somatic-based approach to grieving, combined with Corinne's decades-long study, practice, and teaching of Embodyoga (blend of Hatha and Tantra Yoga with the School For Body-Mind-Centering), Bhakti Yoga, Integral Yoga, and the teachings of Light Omega.
Each 2-hour class session will include:
Guided meditation
Journaling/drawing
Mindful group sharing
Yoga āsana and prānāyāma
Relaxation/integration
Throughout the 6 weeks, we will explore the following themes:
Creating a Conscious Container to Grieve In
