This workshop will function as a gentle yoga class as well as a discussion and support group. Using techniques from yoga therapy and Ayurveda, including gentle breathwork, mantra and meditation, we will look at ways to nourish ourselves and our bodies through this important time of transition into the Wisdom Years. In this class we will focus specifically on addressing symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
