Queer & Trans Yoga (6-Week Series, In-Studio)

This 6-week series is designed especially for LGBTQIA+ identified students who are looking to connect with their bodies and their breath in a supportive, community oriented environment. This space aims to create a container where queer and trans community members can cultivate joy, a deeper relationship with their bodies, and a sense of connectedness to their yoga practice. Each class will feature time for community and connection and an alignment-focused physical asana practice, ending with gentle restorative movement. Sebastian’s teaching is gender-affirming, body-positive, and consent-oriented. All bodies, sizes, and abilities are welcome and celebrated.  

Drop-ins are welcome! (To register for an individual class in this series, you must first use the button below to purchase a drop-in pass, then click on the “REGISTER FOR THE SERIES” button. From there, you can click on the specific date on which you’d like to join us.)

Thursdays, 7:00-8:30pm, March 7th-April 11th (in-studio)

Sliding-scale series pricing: $120-180.  Drop-in pass: $20.*

Before registering, please take note of our attendance policy for Sanctuary series:  

  • Students who plan to attend the whole series (each session) should purchase a series pass. A series pass can only be used for the series occurrence to which it is linked, and will expire once that series has concluded; credits do not roll over.

  • If the student knows they will miss 2 or more sessions but would like to reserve their place in the series, we recommend that they purchase the series pass at the low end of the sliding scale, or purchase drop-in passes.

  • We cannot offer make-up sessions or passes for missed sessions.
